COMMUNICATION

All communication will be done through email. I will not communicate with you through any social media platforms or SMS. If you are interested in speaking on the phone, please make sure you schedule your call through the booking link provided to you through your confirmation email. 

All apppointment are typically scheduled during our business office hours MONDAY - FRIDAY within 24-72 hours, you should receive an email response regarding your proposal.

ABOUT THE CONTENT & SERVICE

Once your order has been places, keep an eye on your email as further information may be requested in order to move forward with your project.  In the next 24-72 hours of placing your order, you should receive an email from service@sherrieljae.com. Sherriel Thomas's email will provide you step by step through each stage providing text for the project/agreement/service policy.

PAYMENT

PLEASE NOTE! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 
In order for your project to be started, you must have completed your form of payment submitted and processed. You are able to pay for your service in full and your project.
